These terms apply to text messages (SMS) sent by Tots Taxi Corp ("Tots Taxi") to parents and guardians from our business number, 773-326-6400.
Program description
Tots Taxi sends text messages to parents and guardians about their child's transportation. Messages may include pickup and drop-off updates, driver delays, schedule changes, early dismissal reminders, absence confirmations, requests to confirm contact information, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you agree to receive texts
You agree to receive texts from Tots Taxi when you give us your mobile number, such as on the inquiry form at totstaxi.net, in our parent app at app.totstaxi.net, during enrollment, or by texting us first. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Key terms
- Message frequency varies based on your child's ride schedule.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- To stop texts: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive texts from us unless you sign up again.
- To get help: reply HELP, call us at 773-326-6400, or email judicsmith@gmail.com.
- To start again: reply START or UNSTOP.
Carriers
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Important safety note
Text messages may be delayed or not delivered because of carrier or network problems. Do not rely on texts alone for urgent matters. For anything urgent about your child, call us at 773-326-6400. In an emergency, call 911.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data, consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS will not be shared with or sold to any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed.
